Wow. Things need to be changed ASAP. Unfortunately a great many people are opposing attempts at change, out of personal business interest, ignorance, or denial. And the social and political upheaval will create an opening for the first American dictator. I have noticed the many parallels between American history and the history of Rome. Perhaps our Republic will come to an end?

Man I hope not. I think we can make it but it will take getting rid of the consumer culture and becoming more self sufficient.
